With parts of the hotel dating back to 1696, the Bell Hotel boasts a large open fire, cosey bar and a superb restaurant with an extensive menu and a guaranteed warm welcome. Each of the 25 bedrooms are comfortable in style, with television, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, phones (and computer point) and tea and coffee making facilities.
We have a good sized meeting room with various rates available.
Opposite the hotel stands Tewkesbury Abbey with its massive Norman tower and within a short drive is Bredon Hill and the towns of Cheltenham and Gloucester.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide disabled facilities however we do have four ground floor rooms available.

Although the hotel is historically beautiful and has a wonderful homely atmosphere. Some parts of the hotel look are a little tired and dated but we assure you that you will be so pleased with our individuality and friendly staff that you barely notice!! The restaurant and some of the bathrooms have been recentley refurbished.
We offer rooms with a view of the Abbey, 4 ground floor rooms are available. All of the rooms are now non-smoking.
50 seater restaurant. A superb extensive a la carte menu made from fresh local produce.
CAR-Leave the M5 at junction 9 and follow the tourist information signs for Tewkesbury Abbey. We are situated directly opposite Tewkesbury Abbey. Car Parking at the rear of hotel.
TRAIN-Change at Cheltenham for Ashchurch.
BUS- Number 41 bus from either Cheltenham (outside Cult Clothing) or Ashchurch Station. Buses run every 15 minutes.
